The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the lift was out of service and my partner has an ongoing issue with his hip and leg, on the Sun night he was unable to go down to the restaurant for tea. I went to bring our meal up to the bedroom from the bar to and the barman immediately offered room service and brought our food up even tho we were on the 4th floor he was not a bit put out that he had to carry 2 trays up 4 flights of stairs. The next morning my partners leg and hip were extremely painful and he was unable to put his foot to the ground. I went to reception and the staff immediately helped us ringing an ambulance and reassuring us all would be ok and not to worry , they provided a lovely lunch for us as well. My partner went to hospital in the ambulance and reception staff organized staff to bring our luggage down . I want to commend the staff at bracken court for making an extremely stressful situation better and my partner and myself will definitely come back and stay in the not too distant future.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 was the breakfast. I probably went down with my partner at the wrong time at about 10am. It was fairly hectic and the staff were really trying their best but were definitely stretched. Food is always great at the hotel. Staff in the bar were super nice, I think some were new, when we finished our food we were approached and ask if we wanted the bill straight away but, if I was to recommend, they should ask if we wanted another drink 😉 we were in the bar afterall. I think it was more new starter being great abd attentive. But nonetheless the staff in the bar were great. Now on to the reception every single person on reception treated us like friends, so welcoming and a credit to the premises.

Great value for money ! We booked Bracken Court last minute, as we had to travel unexpectedly. What a gem of a place! I am giving the hotel full marks as I have nothing to complain about! Upon arrival, the staff were so friendly, the hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. Even the shower was great! We only stayed one night, so we only had breakfast. We are both Coeliacs, with which there was no issue at all. We had gluten-free toast, and I ordered an omelette from the kitchen. It was the tastiest omelette I have ever had. I can't fault the hotel in anyway, the style of the hotel is lovely too. It's easy to reach from the motorway. I am very happy with our unexpected stay, and we will be back.

I loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The rooms are generously sized and very well equipped. The hotel facilities are very good including a bar/restaurant as well as the main restaurant. The Irish breakfast is generous and tasty, and the evening menu is varied and reasonably priced. The location is excellent with direct bus connections from Dublin city centre, airport and Drogheda, and the coastal train to Dublin via Skerries and Malahide, or north to Drogheda. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away. But for me the staff are the stars of the show - cead mile failte await you :-)

We chose this hotel, our final night in Ireland, primarily for being within half an hour of the airport. I wish we had more time to explore the seaside vicinity and town, which looked interesting. We had already been to Dublin so didn't benefit from Dublin's nearness (except the airport) but others might choose to stay here and make day trips into Dublin. We were on the fourth floor and had a distant, over-the-rooftops, ocean view (I wouldn't recommend paying extra for that). The room was bigger than we expected, also the en suite bathroom, so that was nice.
